Will of David Curlee

North Carolina Anson County

I, David Curlee, being of sound mind and body, do make this my last will testament.

1st. I want all my debts paid and all that is due me collected.

2nd. I give to my daughter Lula Thomas all my household goods, and $100.00 to defray my burial expenses including gravestones.

3rd. I give and bequeath to my four grandchildren, Seborn Curlee, Aaron Curlee, Harvey Curlee, and Mable Allen, $10.00 each.

4th. I have heretofore given to my son Charles C Curlee his share of my land, and by this writing he is debarred from more;

5th. I want my land and other property, aside of my household goods, sold as the Court may direct for division.

6th. I want after all my expenses are paid, my three sons William, Fulton, and John Curlee, and my three daughters Elizabeth Parker, Lula Thomas, and Henrietta Thomas to share equally in the proceeds from the sale of my land and then I want my son Charles C Curlee to share equally in the remainder of my estate.

7th. I hereby name Fulton Curlee and William J Thomas to execute this will.
