  1. Hello cousin! William Wiley Parker is my 4th great-grandfather! I haven't done much research into him, but you have quite a bit of information. His daughter Judith married John Caudle. In 1850, she was already married and had a baby at home.

Do you mind if I take a copy of the pictures and your information?

  3. John Broadaway second wife was Sarah Leah Wilson. her sister Agnes Elizabeth Wilson was his first wife. And Sarah Leah Wilson's first husband was Andrew Sheppard Foster. From Tennessee. John Broadaway brother James also used the name John. John Broadaway and Agnes Elizabeth Wilson has two sons buried in Wilmington NC. Where they met. The Parker - Broadaway Books and Family Trees has this information all wrong. The Fosters and Sheppards of Tennessee are related. Agnes Elizabeth Wilson and Sarah Leah Wilson are from Mass. / New Hampshire.

  5. Revered Wilson's book on his journey to Wilmington NC from Mass. Thats how Agnes Elizabeth Wilson and Sarah Leah Wilson met our Broadaways. They went to Wilmington cause he was a rough riding preacher. The Smiths of Edgecombe county NC also talk about Revered Wilson in there book. I also know or found the Father of John Hill. His father was from Mass. but his grand-father was from England. Cause John Hill was an orphan. John Hill was gave lands in Stanly County on Hancock Lands. The documentation or a source for this has moved around. The Reason why I am not telling the name of John Hills father cause his father is my step-grandfather cause he married my grand-mother on my mother-side of the family that was a rich woman that had many husbands. And one of her husbands was a popular man and part of the story has something to do with witchcraft. Its nothing personal cause searching through a lot of this information if you had the nitty gritty information you would see a lot of pain and grief which I don't want to talk about.
