  1. Welcome to Geneabloggers! I've been a member about four months. This is a great blogging community.

  2. Thank you Grant. I am happy to be a part of Geneabloggers.

  3. I know more about Julius Wattie Hill than most people and His brother Edmond Lilly Hill. Edmond Lilly Hill married Mary Ella Ruth Thomas daughter of John Ashley Thomas and Elizabeth Ann Curlee. Phigenia Broadaway Hill was a sister of Lucy Lenora Broadaway my Grandmother. Her mother was Sallie Jane Carpenter who married Columbus Tump Broadaway Lucy Lenora Broadaway married Samuel Paul Thomas. A family member of a Hill Family said to me that John Washington Hill his brother was Isaac Monroe Hill. You never see him in the Census but you see a son of Isaac Monroe Hill as Isaiah in the census near Harwards near the Virginia Border. John Washington Hill could be your grandfather. He was born in the 1700's

Do you remember who told you that John Washington Hill was the brother of Isaac Monroe Hill? Since you have quite a lot of information about the Hill family, have you ever heard who might be the father of Julius Hill?

  6. His name was Jacob Hill he lives in South Carolina. He told me this over the phone before he went into a home he went into Rest Home at a young age of 39. Julius Hill's father could be John Washington Hill. There is a Hills Man named Ralph Eugene Hills of New York he has wrote books about the Hills / Hill Family. It could be that Julius Hill's father could be a Hills not a Hill.
